Boris Johnson’s suspension of Parliament ruled unlawful by UK Supreme Court

The UK Supreme Court has delivered a forceful rebuke of prime minister Boris Johnson’s decision to suspend parliament. Justices said in a unanimous decision his advice to the Queen was “unlawful”. Here: JUDGMENT
